GymBro runs an entire gym from inside WhatsApp — no app to install for the ~100–300 members of the biggest gym in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. Built to become a multi-gym SaaS across Pakistan.

Members pay via JazzCash/Easypaisa and just send a screenshot; Gemini vision parses it, drops it in a pending queue, and on confirm it extends their membership and fires a Roman-Urdu confirmation. A daily cron sends deduped fee reminders.

On top of the fee bot sits a Desi AI diet coach (chat intake → meal plan), voice-note workout logging with PR detection, and segmented broadcasts — all behind a brand-styled owner dashboard.

Validated by a 10/10 multi-agent consensus run before a line was written, then built and tested live over real WhatsApp.
